When is the scholarship application deadline?

The scholarship application period for the NCIP Educational Assistance Program is from January to February each year. Please ensure all your documents are ready and submitted within this window.

What documents do I need to submit?

You'll need: Birth Certificate, Income Tax Return or Certificate of Indigency, Certificate of Tribal Membership, Endorsement from IP Leaders, Certificate of Good Moral Character, and your latest academic records. All documents can be uploaded directly through the portal.

How long does the application review process take?

Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to specific IP groups and courses. You'll receive notifications about your application status through the portal and email. Typically, reviews are completed within 2-4 weeks.

Can I track my application status?

Yes! Once you create an account and submit your application, you can track your status in real-time through your dashboard. You'll see your priority rank, document status, and receive notifications for any updates.
